Protocols that we have developed have given us the ability to balance our clients’ requirements, whilst negotiating the requirements of local government, end users’ conditions and a range of stakeholders.

Our capacity to mediate on behalf of our clients with local and state government bodies has seen the successful delivery of projects including The Concourse, Chatswood. Through a wide range of strategic guidance, we are able to deliver projects that achieve the many Key Performance Indicators of multiple parties. Working with design teams from initial design concepts through to practical completion and into daily operations with users and stakeholders, has seen ongoing success within venue management frameworks developed by Hawkridge Entertainment Services.
