Hawkridge Entertainment Services were engaged to undertake the financial and operational analysis of the proposed 2,000-seat multi-purpose Entertainment Centre for Rooty Hill RSL and deliver a business plan for successful the future operations. In addition, Hawkridge Entertainment Services provided strategic design advice to the club to ensure that the design maximised any revenue opportunities within the footprint of the venue.
The consultancy was delivered over a series of stages and included engagement with local and international producers, promoters and Arts companies to ascertain their strategic approach to the diverse intended uses of the venue. This included both venue management and design consultancy, as well as business modelling.
