Venue Operations

Our team has successfully implemented venue management policies and optimised daily operational functions for proposed, new and existing sporting stadia, entertainment centres, concert halls, theatres, arts and cultural precincts, along with a diverse range of events, performance stages and utilitarian requirements.

Protocols that we have developed across a wide range of projects have given us the ability to balance our clients’ requirements, whilst negotiating and mediating the needs of Shareholders, local government requirements, end users’ conditions, and a range of varied parties.

Our capacity to mediate on behalf of our clients with local government, state and national planning controls and policies, along within our larger venue strategy has seen the successful delivery of projects including The Concourse, Chatswood. Through a wide range of strategic guidance, we were able to deliver a project that achieved the many Key Performance Indicators of multiple parties. Working with the design team from initial design concepts through to practical completion and into daily operations with users and stakeholders, award-winning The Concourse has seen ongoing success within venue management frameworks developed by Hawkridge Entertainment Services.

Feasibility studies and Business Planning

One of our unique strengths is the development of feasibility studies and business planning and strategy for proposed, new and established venues and ventures.

Our unique modelling and analysis allows us to give significant momentum and fiscal guidance to a new venture, or establishment of new markets for venues and businesses. Hawkridge Entertainment Services can guide a range of services and consultants through the initial design phase through to daily operations with our business strategies, and help shape the direction of a project with comprehensive feasibility and operational reports.
